What to do in case of receiving defective products?

Upon receiving his order, the Customer has a period of 7 business days to return the defective product to BN Nutrition SA. After this period, any return will be refused.

No merchandise sent back will be accepted if it is not in its original packaging or if the return of the merchandise was not preceded by a return request from BN Nutrition SA's customer service (info@bn-nutrition.ch).

For defective products returned by the Customer in accordance with the procedure, BN SA's obligations are limited, at the exclusive choice of BN Nutrition SA:

- either to repair the product at its own cost within a reasonable time;
- either to proceed with the replacement of the product by standard exchange or by supplying an equivalent product;
- or to refund the Customer the amount paid when ordering. A warranty repair does not extend the warranty period. 


What to do in case of error on the part of the Customer on the order / if the customer changes his mind?

If the Customer changes his mind or made a mistake on his order and wishes to return a product, he has a period of 7 business days to return his order to BN Nutrition SA. After this period, any return will be refused.

No merchandise sent back will be accepted if it is not in its original packaging or if the return of the merchandise was not preceded by a return request from BN Nutrition SA's customer service (info@bn-nutrition.ch).

In case of return, if the product is not defective, BN SA's obligations are limited, at the exclusive choice of BN Nutrition SA:

- either to proceed with the replacement of the product by standard exchange or by supplying an equivalent product;
- or to refund the Customer the amount paid when ordering. A warranty repair does not extend the warranty period. 


How to return the product? 

The return must be made by registered parcel, the Customer bearing the risks and costs associated with this return. After this period, any return will be refused. 

Who bears the costs related to the return? 

The customer bears the costs and risks associated with the return of goods. 

How long does the customer have to return the product?

When does BN Nutrition proceed with the refund in case of return?

BN Nutrition SA commits to refund the customer within 7 business days, on the card used for the purchase.
