The Coenzyme Q10 in the diet

Coenzyme Q10 is fat-soluble, which means it requires lipids to be assimilated. Therefore, fatty fish will allow good assimilation: herring, mackerel, and sardines are particularly recommended. Q10 is also found in meat (beef, chicken), oilseeds (walnuts, pistachios, peanuts), certain oils (soy, canola) or vegetables (broccoli, avocado).
