Usage Precautions

Usage tips

The pack is packaged to be taken over a duration of one month. For optimal effect, we recommend taking the supplements as follows: Spirulina: Take 10 tablets once a day, preferably in the evening before meals with a large glass of water. Perilla: 3 x 2 capsules per day with a glass of water. Probiotics: 4 capsules per day with a glass of water on an empty stomach, 15-30 minutes before breakfast.

Spirulina: Organic Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis, 100%, origin: India) Perilla: Perilla oil (Perilla frutescens, origin: China); antioxidant: natural extract rich in tocopherol (Vitamin E); capsule: food gelatin, glycerin, water. Probiotics: Probiotics (Lactococcus lactis, Lactobacillus helveticus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium longum); fructo-oligosaccharides; nicotinamide (vitamin B3); D-calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5); riboflavin (vitamin B2); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1); folic acid (vitamin B9); D-biotin (vitamin B8); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); anti-caking agent: food-grade magnesium fatty acid salts; vegetable capsule: hypromellose.
