Usage tips

The pack is packaged to be taken over a period of one month. For optimal effect, we recommend taking the supplements as follows: Turmeric: Shake well before use. Take 15 ml (1 tablespoon) per day, pure or diluted with water or organic lemon water. Preferably before a meal. Black radish: 2 capsules morning and evening with a glass of water. Probiotics: 4 capsules per day with a glass of water on an empty stomach, 15-30 minutes before breakfast. BN Energy: 1 stick per day (let it melt on the tongue), ideally in the morning before breakfast or before exertion

Usage Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not administer to young children. Consult your doctor in case of pregnancy or breastfeeding. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children.
