Usage tips

The pack is conditioned to be taken over a period of one month. For optimal effect, we recommend taking the supplements as follows: Probiotics 4 capsules a day with a glass of water, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning, 15 to 30 minutes before breakfast Soy lecithin 4 capsules a day with a glass of water, ideally in the morning at breakfast Fish oil 2 capsules a day with a glass of water, ideally in the evening at dinner Guarana 4 capsules a day with a glass of water, ideally 2 in the morning at breakfast and 2 at noon, at lunch

Usage Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not administer to young children. Consult your doctor in case of pregnancy or breastfeeding. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children.

Guarana: Organic guarana seed powder (Paullinia cupana, origin: Brazil) 350 mg; vegetable capsule: hypromellose. Fish oil: Fish oil (70%)(sardine, anchovy, herring, mackerel, origin: Europe); preservative: natural vitamin E; capsule: food gelatin, glycerol, water.
