Orders over 10 kg are billed according to the current rates of La Poste Suisse. For international orders, shipping charges vary depending on the destination country and weight of the package.

Delivery Times: Orders are typically shipped 1 to 2 business days after payment has been received. Delivery times vary based on destination: for Switzerland, delivery is typically made within 2 to 3 business days; for international shipments, the delivery time may vary between 5 to 15 business days.

Carrier: Deliveries are made by La Poste Suisse for national shipments and by partner carriers for international shipments.
