Le BN Zen combines :

  • Tryptophan, an amino-acid that produces serotonin (neurotransmitter that contributes towards a feeling of well-being)
  • Magnesium, a mineral that contributes towards reducing fatigue and to a normal psychological function
  • Roseroot (rhodiola rosea), known for its stress-reducing properties
  • Vitamins B3, B6, B9 and zinc, essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system and for synthesizing serotonin from tryptophan

Efficient & practical: The refill

BN Zen is now available in recyclable pouches, usable as is on a daily basis or to refill your existing boxes! Convenient, the refill can be resealed using a small zipper at the top of the pouch. Once used, the pouch can easily be recycled in a suitable container (04 PE-LD).

Only natural additives

For technical reasons and out of necessity, the BN Zen contains additives. These have been carefully selected and are only natural. The bulking agent is organic Arabic gum. Rice bran extract and rice husk are used as anti-caking agents. Finally, the capsule is 100% vegetable-based.

Leverage the synergy of the components

The BN Zen is not only made up of tryptophan, pink orpine, or magnesium. While these active ingredients can be effective and offer results individually, their combination provides mutual support, allowing for a particularly interesting synergy.

Serotonin through nutrition

Diet plays a crucial role in the production of serotonin. Thus, for restful nights and to effectively activate tryptophan, it is recommended to consume starchy foods and complex carbohydrates (i.e. unrefined) every evening. Moreover, make sure to always have a snack 4 hours after lunch. For example: a handful of nuts and a piece of fruit.
