Krill is a tiny crustacean, which means whale food in Norwegian. It is particularly rich in omega 3. Moreover, being at the very beginning of the food chain, it contains much less heavy metals than other larger fish. In this krill oil, the action of omega 3 is enhanced by the presence of phospholipids and astaxanthin. The synergy of these 3 substances explains its natural efficiency, greater than any other source of omega 3.

Our krill is enriched with vitamin D3 - usually synthesized by the body under the action of the sun's UVB rays - which contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium as well as the maintenance of normal bone and tooth structure. It also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamin K2, on the other hand, contributes to the preservation of normal bone structure.

Respect for the oceans

Our krill comes exclusively from the cold and pure seas of Antarctica. In order to ensure responsible fishing and to be respectful of the environment, it comes from fishing that is highly regulated by the MSC, Friend of the Sea, and Eco Harvesting labels.

From Antarctica to Switzerland

Originating from Antarctica, our Krill is then checked in Switzerland, batch after batch, to ensure superior and stable quality. Heavy metal content, pesticides, toxins but also good nutrients are measured and controlled by an external body. Do not hesitate to ask for certificates if you wish!
