Should I keep them in the refrigerator?

At the time, it was necessary to keep probiotics in the refrigerator in order to keep the bacteria alive and stable. Technological advancements, particularly in capsules, mean that this is no longer a necessity. They can easily be stored at room temperature.

The Pro-B are now available in recyclable bags, usable as is on a daily basis or to refill your existing boxes! Conveniently, the refill can be resealed using a small zipper at the top of the bag. Once used, the bag can be easily recycled in a suitable container (04 PE-LD).

Do these sources suit me?

There are as many different microbiota as there are living beings! Thus, the best probiotic for you will not necessarily be the same as that of your loved ones.
