USE

<p>The pack is designed to be taken over a period of 1 month. For optimal effect, we recommend taking the supplements in the following way:</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>DEFENSE:</strong></p> <p>2 capsules per day Flash action: 3 capsules morning and noon</p> <p><strong>PROBIOTICS:</strong></p> <p>4 capsules per day with a glass of water, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach, 15 minutes before breakfast</p> <p>TURMERIC:</p> <p>Shake well before use. Take 15 ml (1 tablespoon) per day, pure or diluted with water or organic lemon water. Preferably before a meal.</p>
