USE

The pack is designed to be taken over a period of 1 month. For optimal effect, we recommend taking the supplements in the following way: DEFENSE: 2 capsules per day Flash action: 3 capsules morning and noon PROBIOTICS: 4 capsules per day with a glass of water, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach, 15 minutes before breakfast TURMERIC: Shake well before use. Take 15 ml (1 tablespoon) per day, pure or diluted with water or organic lemon water. Preferably before a meal.

Usage Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not administer to young children. Consult your doctor in case of pregnancy or breastfeeding. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and out of reach of children.
