eConsultations - private exchange with Olivier Bourquin

The eConsultation is 1 hour of video consultation with detailed nutritional program. It is intended for everyone, and contains:

• A self-assessment questionnaire (diet, sleep, overall lifestyle) to fill out before the appointment
• 1 hour of video consultation with Olivier Bourquin, allowing to establish the basis of a better diet for more health and performance, in good health
• A detailed, adapted and specific nutritional program (which foods to favor at each moment of the day and before/during/after exercise, good combinations, recipe ideas...), according to the person, sent by email.

Exceptionally, the hourly rate is CHF 100.- instead of CHF 200.-.

eChallenge - 4 week coaching

During this period conducive to snacking, stress peaks and a more sedentary lifestyle, BN Nutrition offers a "confinement" eChallenge: a holistic program to keep morale high and stay physically fit. It contains:

• 4 weeks of follow-up via whatsapp
• 3 videoconferences
• 1 global approach - nutrition, mental and sport
• 2 versions: with or without dietary supplements

Digital training - 8 hours of video training

We mentioned this before, BN Nutrition's digital training was created in 2019. Through 59 short videos, Olivier shares his 25 years of experience in the world of sports and nutrition. His goal? To dispel false beliefs about nutrition, offer new knowledge of one's body and provide practical solutions and tools to use everyday!
