Raspberry Protein Shake

Here is a fresh and delicious recipe incorporating organic plant proteins. It's ideal for a snack, before a workout and why not also for a quick breakfast!⁠

Depending on the seasons and your cravings, don't hesitate to try other versions: blackberries, mango, strawberry, pineapple, banana...

Moreover, for practical reasons, do not hesitate to consume frozen fruits. Although they are generally less flavorful, they nonetheless retain interesting nutritional properties. In a shaker, they also have the advantage of adding freshness.

  • 3 scoops of BN plant protein⁠
  • 3dl unsweetened plant milk (oat or almond for example)⁠
  • 80 g of fresh or frozen raspberries⁠
  • A handful of organic almonds⁠
  • A teaspoon of chia seeds⁠


Add all the ingredients to a blender, blend for 1 to 2 minutes and enjoy!
