Dark chocolate heart melting with chili and ginger

A dark chocolate melting heart is an ideal dessert for Valentine's Day. The caffeine it contains helps to stimulate blood circulation, while endorphins are stimulated by the chocolate, total bliss!

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 75 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh cream
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g of cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper

 

Preparation

  1.     Melt the chocolate and butter and stir the mixture until it becomes smooth and shiny
  2.     Mix the eggs and sugar
  3.     Add the fresh cream, pepper, ginger, and cornstarch
  4.     Add the chocolate and butter
  5.     Pour half of the preparation into the molds
  6.     Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C at the last moment.

 

Enjoy hot or warm with a passion fruit coulis...
