Protein Bowl Cake, simple and easy

I offer you an easy, quick to make snack recipe, very good and rich in nutritional value, the BOWL CAKE.

The ingredients

- 20 g oat flakes
- 1 egg
- 15 g of chestnut flour
- 15 g of BN vegetable proteins
- 1 tbsp of white cheese
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of 100% cocoa
- 1 pinch of packet yeast
- 1 pinch of salt

Preparation in 3 minutes!

Mix everything together and microwave for 2 minutes!

Serve warm or cold, accompanied for example with red fruits, dark chocolate or dried fruits. An ideal snack before going to practice your favorite physical activity.
