ABOUT THE HOSTS
Olivier Bourquin has always been passionate about performance and well-being. His interest in nutrition began when he was a physical preparation manager at Swiss Tennis. Wanting to understand the concrete and scientific connections between diet and performance, he trained to become a nutritionist. With over 25 years of experience under his belt, he has already published 5 books and a training course on sports nutrition.
Native to Bruson on the heights of the Val De Bagnes, Emily Vaudan is an accounting expert. But if BN has been accompanying her for many years, it is primarily for her extraordinary performances in trail running or ski mountaineering. While she won the PDG in 2018, she particularly stands out in the trail running universe this year with her victory at the X-Alpine TVSB By UTMB and her 12th place overall at UTMB! A champion whose passion and intelligence make her an extraordinary athlete.
