Alkalizing lemongrass curry soup
First of all, it's on the plate where we can take action to be less acidic, as we mentioned in a previous article, "Dietary advice for maintaining a good acid-base balance"!
So, we propose today to taste a healthy soup made of a maximum of elements known for their alkalizing power.
Ingredients
- ½ sweet potato
- 1 liter of organic vegetable broth
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 large mushroom ( Paris, shitake .. )
- 1 carrot
- 100 g of snow peas
- 1 /2 cup of coconut milk
- 1 stalk of lemongrass
- 2 pinches of curry
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- Sea salt and pepper mill
Preparation

Cook ½ sweet potato in 1 liter of organic vegetable broth for 10 minutes

Add the sliced yellow pepper, the sliced mushroom, the carrot cut into large dice, the snow peas, the coconut milk and the stalk of lemongrass cut into four

Add 2 pinches of curry, a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of soy sauce

Let cook for 10 more minutes

Remove the lemongrass, blend

Serve hot
