Choco-coco-avocado verrines

A dessert unlike any other, easy and quick to make; delicious and healthy!
For four people, you simply need:
- 2 avocados
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 4 tablespoons of organic cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons of grated coconut
- 4 tablespoons of cracked cocoa beans (hand-cracked ;-))
Then, you just put all the ingredients in the blender and mix everything until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Add more honey or grated coconut if you find the taste too bitter. The final flavor surprisingly tends towards banana.
Serve in small glasses or bowls, garnishing with cracked cocoa and coconut. A delight!
