Broccoli Beef - Boost Alpha Lipoic!
It is essential to know how to combine foods if we intend to fully benefit from them!
Let's take the example of the very important alpha-lipoic acid, one of the most powerful antioxidants that is both water-soluble and fat-soluble, which is rare and also allows this sulfuric acid to intervene in the renewal of other antioxidants such as vitamins E, C, coenzyme Q10, as well as the famous glutathione.
In sports, alpha-lipoic acid acts on muscle repair, it eliminates oxidized antioxidants, it increases energy by stimulating ATP metabolism.
So what good combinations to activate all these antioxidants fundamental to our health and our recovery, whether we are seasoned athletes or less?
Here are some ideal ingredients to strengthen your immune system, reduce inflammatory risks, strengthen your shield against free radicals and simply boost your mitochondria!
