Shake cocoa and chia seeds

No time to eat healthily between appointments or on the go? Don't rush for a sandwich that is almost devoid of nutritional value! Opt instead for a good protein shake! Accompanied by a seasonal fruit and some oilseeds, it can - exceptionally - replace a meal while providing all the nutrients the body needs.

For an easy protein shake without needing a blender:

  • 3 tablespoons of organic vegetable protein
  • 300 ml of vegetable milk or coconut water
  • 5g of chia seeds
  • 5g of cocoa

Shake well in your favorite shaker, and accompany the drink with a handful of oilseeds (almonds, walnuts, pecans, cashews, etc) and a fruit... Obviously in season.

With a blender, an infinity of other possibilities becomes possible: add oats, honey, nut butter, etc. And you, what do you like to put in your shake?
