Lunch on the go: The BN wrap

            The BN salmon wrap is the go-to meal on the go or to take on a hike! It's easy to prepare and pack, while offering a very good nutritional balance.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
 - ½ lemon
 - 20 g of curd cheese
 - 200 g of smoked salmon
 - 20 g of red onion
 - 10 green olives
 - ½ apple (ideally granny smith)
 - 2 whole tortillas
 - 50 g of pomegranate seeds
 - 20 g of spinach sprouts
 - Salt, pepper
 
Preparation
- Mash the avocado, squeeze the half lemon and add the juice
 - Add the curd cheese and mix well, season with salt and pepper.
 - Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices.
 - Chop the red onion, cut the olives into quarters and the apple into thin slices.
 - Assemble all the elements, roll the two wraps and serve.
