Lunch on the go: The BN wrap

The BN salmon wrap is the go-to meal on the go or to take on a hike! It's easy to prepare and pack, while offering a very good nutritional balance.

Healthy wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • ½ lemon
  • 20 g of curd cheese
  • 200 g of smoked salmon
  • 20 g of red onion
  • 10 green olives
  • ½ apple (ideally granny smith)
  • 2 whole tortillas
  • 50 g of pomegranate seeds
  • 20 g of spinach sprouts
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Mash the avocado, squeeze the half lemon and add the juice
  2. Add the curd cheese and mix well, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices.
  4. Chop the red onion, cut the olives into quarters and the apple into thin slices.
  5. Assemble all the elements, roll the two wraps and serve.
