Pasta with beet pesto

Small idea for a simple dish, easy to prepare, delicious and very digestible. Alver protein Fusilli with a beet pesto sauce. ⁠

The beetroot is perfect as a post effort food, it is rich in antioxidants, A and C vitamins, in manganese, B vitamins, B1 particularly, in folic acid, and in minerals such as potassium, magnesium, it even contains iron.⁠

Beetroot is rich in nitrate, which promotes the manufacturing of nitric oxide (NO) which has the property to relax blood pressure and promote good circulation throughout the body and brain.⁠

Beetroot pesto recipe:⁠

∙ 1 raw beetroot⁠
∙ 1 tbsp of pine nuts⁠
∙ 1 tbsp of grated Parmesan⁠
∙ a few basil leaves⁠
∙ a little olive oil⁠

Peel and cut the red beetroot into cubes. Blend with the other ingredients to obtain a rather thick sauce and enjoy.⁠
