Tuna carpaccio with ginger and soy sauce

A simple and light meal, rich in heart-healthy omega 3. To share with the chosen one of your heart !!
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 400 g of red tuna fillet
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot
- parsley
- ginger
- chives
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- soy sauce
Preparation
- Leave the tuna to firm up for a minimum of 30 minutes in the refrigerator
- After this time, cut it into very thin slices
- Arrange the slices in a rosette in a serving dish, add the oil, sprinkle with chopped shallot, crushed garlic, chopped chives and parsley
- Slice the ginger and arrange it on the preparation
- Pour a drizzle of soy sauce on the preparation to finish
- Enjoy and savor it well chilled
