Tuna carpaccio with ginger and soy sauce

A simple and light meal, rich in heart-healthy omega 3. To share with the chosen one of your heart !!

Ingredients (for 2 people)

 

  • 400 g of red tuna fillet
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • parsley
  • ginger
  • chives
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • soy sauce


Preparation

  1.     Leave the tuna to firm up for a minimum of 30 minutes in the refrigerator
  2.     After this time, cut it into very thin slices
  3.     Arrange the slices in a rosette in a serving dish, add the oil, sprinkle with chopped shallot, crushed garlic, chopped chives and parsley
  4.     Slice the ginger and arrange it on the preparation
  5.     Pour a drizzle of soy sauce on the preparation to finish
  6.     Enjoy and savor it well chilled
