Eating a banana provides a lot of good nutrients for the brain; this fruit is rich in tryptophan, a precursor amino acid of serotonin, an essential neurotransmitter for a "zen attitude". Bananas also contain B vitamins, iron, fiber and a lot of potassium which reduces the risk of hypertension.
If you have high blood pressure, I still advise you not to eat a whole bunch of bananas per day, as you may feel calmer at first, but will become more agitated later when you see that this fruit has made you gain several kilos, because let's not forget, the banana is high in energy!
