Simple & amazing: Strawberries with pepper

            The strawberry is rich in Vitamin C, so important for iron absorption, as well as numerous antioxidants. When it is of good quality, this red fruit is a pure delight and can be prepared in a thousand and one ways.
So how to transform simple strawberries into an excellent dessert - very healthy too - in a twist of the mill/hand? Add your grain of... pepper!
Ingredients:
- 500g of organic strawberries
- Balsamic vinegar
- A little Penja pepper
Preparation
- Rinse the strawberries, hull them and cut them
- Put them in a salad bowl, add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar
- Just before serving, pour a few turns of the mill of Penja pepper (preferably black)
